The Vario Norm Case and Tray Collection is characterised by its high flexibility and is ideal for showcasing individual pieces of jewellery or entire jewellery sets.
In addition to the jewelry trays, Vario Norm also offers watch trays, which can be used to present watch collections that complement the jewellery collections.
Vario Norm is made of MDF and covered with a material of the customer's choice. The collection can be perfectly tailored to your needs through the combination of various inserts and jewellery pads.
The combination of materials and colours offers you almost unlimited possibilities for designing your presentation trays and matching suitcases. Vario Norm can be ordered from as little as 3 pieces (of the same design).
On special request, exclusive drawers made of fine woods can also be ordered, which are lovingly produced by hand.
Individual colours and materials for the outer covers and interior fittings are available upon request.

The Vario Norm Case and Tray Collection was originally developed exclusively for the jewellery industry and is known for its high flexibility.
In addition to the jewellery trays, the Vario Norm Collection also includes watch trays that can be used to showcase watch collections that complement the jewellery collections.

Vario Norm is made of MDF and covered with a material of your choice, such as imitation leather. The collection can be perfectly tailored to your needs by combining various inserts and covers.

Upon special request, exclusive trays made of fine woods can also be ordered, which are proudly produced by hand.
Natural wood look – new outer covering for presentation trays
A new type of outer covering with a natural wood look, available in various grains and colour designs - a "real" alternative to conventional real wood.
The presentation trays in the Vario Norm, Vario Lux and Basic Plus ranges can be covered on the outside and are therefore lighter, cheaper to manufacture and quicker to deliver. The outer covering makes the decisive difference with an extensive selection of surface designs that always offer a consistent look, even in larger quantities – without losing elegance.

In three tray sizes
Square tray, double tray, one-third tray
The trays of the Vario Norm Collection feature rounded corners and are available in sizes of 472 x 235 mm, 235 x 235 mm, and 156 x 235 mm.
Trays with non-rounded corners are also available on request.
Flexibility as a trademark: Vario Norm Tray Collection
Tray and inserts are securely assembled together
Vario Norm convinces with its high flexibility. While the inserts are securely assembled into the trays, the Collection impresses with a variety of different trays that meet all use cases related to effective presentation of high-quality jewellery collections.
Additional flexibility can be provided by padded panels with lifters, jewellery pads with round or oval tambours, jewellery pads for pendants, jewellery pads for brooches, jewellery pads for necklaces with pendants, elevated jewellery pads for earrings, angled jewellery pads for studs, as well as jewellery pads for cufflinks.
The high-quality handmade jewellery pads come standard with loops that allow for the easy removal from the trays. Handmade, quilted jewellery pads are available in quantities as low as 100 pieces.
Two types of compartments: Poly Compartments & Taffeta Compartments
The trays of the Vario Norm Collection are available in Taffeta and Poly versions. While Poly trays are covered injection-molded trays, Taffeta trays are handmade with high-quality materials.
Poly trays have recessed compartments where the jewellery cards rest on a plastic edge. Taffeta trays consist of high-quality flat and recessed compartments and are covered with a premium fabric option.

Recessed compartments (With cavity under jewellery pad)
Available as taffeta and poly compartments
For the perfect presentation of earrings and necklaces with pendants, the Vario Norm series of displays is particularly suitable with its deep poly or taft compartments.
While earrings and studs are presented in an eye-catching manner, they are perfectly secured by the studs on the backing of the poly or taft compartments, without being visible.
In the case of necklaces with pendants, the pendants can be ideally presented while the rest of the chain is securely placed in the recessed compartment.

WOODEN CASE WITH DROP-DOWN FLAP
The Classic
Our sturdy case, The Classic, with drop-down flap has high-quality aluminium edge profiles and combination locks. Different surfaces are available for visual differentiation.
The high-quality and sturdy wooden cases are suitable for all three tray sizes of the Vario Norm Collection and are available in an upright version (internal dimensions: 480 x 2740 x 375 mm) as well as in a horizontal version (internal dimensions: 480 x 240 x 140 mm).
Soft Bags
The Practical One
The Practical wheeled case with laptop bag is suitable for all three tray sizes of the Vario Norm Collection. Thanks to the simple and individual equipment, the jewellery and presentation case is suitable for the high-quality and coordinated presentation of goods.
Optional slip covers as well as covers with zips and padded corners are available.

Chain Case
Our specialist cases for jewellery chains
These robust chain cases consist of a sturdy wooden core and, in addition to aluminum edge profiles, feature combination locks. The surface of the case can be selected from a variety of options. The external dimensions of the case are 440 x 160 x 365 mm. In addition, a chain case with a drop down flap is available in the dimensions of 470 x 235 x 425 mm.
Optionally, the cases can be extended using:
- a tray with 12 compartments and a small hook strip
- a tray with a large 28 hook strip (gold or silver)
- a chain cloth with 13 press studs
- a chain cloth with a 30 hook strip (gold or silver)
