Features of the Vario Lux case and tray collection

The Vario Lux case and tray collection was originally developed exclusively for the watch industry and impresses with its versatility. With smaller presentation areas, each individual piece of jewellery is better highlighted, thus attracting more attention.

Vario Lux is made of MDF and can be covered in a material of your choice, such as imitation leather. This collection can be tailored to your presentation needs through the combination of a wide variety of inserts and covers.

For example, there are trays with moulded compartments with watch cushions, trays with deep set inserts and trays with foam inserts. A solution for all your presentation needs.

The high degree of variability and diversity of materials available for the outer covers and interior fittings are the unique selling points of the Vario Lux collection. Additionally, trays can be fabricated with a high-quality lacquer finish.

On special request, we are able to create exclusive trays fabricated from fine woods at our production facility in Birkenfeld.

Specially designed for watch presentation

With matching jewellery trays

In addition to the watch trays, Vario Lux also offers jewellery trays for presenting matching jewellery collections such as pendants, brooches, hoop earrings, stud earrings and cufflinks.

Variety of materials and colours

Vario Lux is made of MDF and can be covered in a material of your choice, such as imitation leather, whilst the standard colours for the interior and exterior covering are black and grey. Vario Lux can be ordered in quantities of 3 or more (of the same design).

On special request, we are able to create exclusive trays fabricated from fine woods at our production facility in Birkenfeld.

The high quality hand made jewellery pads have ribbon loops as standard, allowing for easy removal from the trays. These handmade jewellery pads are padded and can be ordered from as little as 100 pieces.

Available in two sizes

The Vario Lux trays have rounded corners and are available in the sizes 447 x 277 mm and 221 x 277 mm. Trays with non-rounded corners are also available on request.

In addition to different heights, a variety of taffeta and poly compartments. These include velvet or poly lining compartments, compartments for padded straps, compartments for pocket watches, compartments with foam pads as well as covered deep inserts.

The Vario Lux trays are available as either taffeta or poly trays. The poly trays are covered injection moulded trays, whilst the traffeta trays are fully hand made using high quality materials.

Poly trays feature recessed compartments with the jewellery pads resting on a plastic edge. Taffeta trays feature high quality, flat and recessed compartments which are covered with a luxurious fabric.
