Features of the Basic Plus Tray and Case Collection


With the Basic Plus collection, we offer a variable and affordable collection that is available from stock. The entry level series is fabricated of MDF at our production facilities in Birkenfeld and is covered in either grey or black imitation leather.

Maximum flexibility
Basic trays, tray inserts and jewellery pads can be selected and combined to your specific presentation needs.

The Basic Plus collection allows you to effectively present rings, earrings, pendants, brooches, bracelets, cufflinks, tie pins, as well as necklaces in a high-quality and efficient manner. This collection also offers inserts for glasses, watches, as well as fitted trays with deep bangle or necklace compartments.

Two Size Options and Several Heights


The Basic Plus tray series has rounded corners and is available in the sizes 345 x 235 mm and 173 x 235 mm, as well as in the heights 25 mm, 35 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm and 75 mm.

Thanks to its three-part construction, Basic Plus is very flexible and, in addition to a large number of empty drawers, compartments and inserts, offers suitable jewellery pads for rings, earrings, pendants, brooches, bracelets, cufflinks, tie pins, as well as necklaces, watches and bracelets.

Three-part design

 

The Basic Plus Collection is compelling with its three-part design: The empty trays made of MDF covered with imitation leather is your starting point. These trays can be fitted with removable compartments and inserts based on the jewellery type you need to house.

Within the compartments and inserts, affordable machine made, heat sealed jewellery pads can be used, or alternatively, hand made jewellery pads can be used. These hand made pads are available from a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces, are padded and are hand made to the highest quality standard.

Flexible presentation areas

 

Thanks to its modular three-part design, different sizes, and various heights, the Basic Plus Collection offers you maximum display and presentation flexibility.

There are many different compartments with a variety of numbers of slots and inserts available for the empty trays. The compartments, inserts, and jewellery cards are designed to fit each other optimally. The smart finger recesses in the compartments and inserts allow for easy removal and replacement of the jewellery cards.

This allows you to effectively present rings, earrings, pendants, brooches, bracelets, cufflinks, tie pins, as well as necklaces in a high-quality and efficient manner. This collection also offers inserts for glasses, watches, as well as fitted trays with deep bangle or necklace compartments.

Colours and materials


The Basic Plus trays are made of MDF and covered with either grey or black imitation leather.

The removable compartments and inserts are made of polystyrene and covered with a high-quality velour film, available in white, grey, and black. Additional colors can be customised upon request.

For the jewellery pads, you can choose between machine made, hot-seal jewellery pads or hand made jewellery cards. Hot-seal pads are available in quantities of 1,000 or more and are machine-made, thinner, and less expensive than hand made jewellery pads. Hand-made jewellery pads, available in quantities of 100 or more, are produced with great attention to detail and are padded, making them thicker than machine-made hot-seal pads.

Hand made jewellery pads

Our hand-wrapped cards are handmade with great attention to detail at our production facility in Birkenfeld and are available in quantities as low as 100. The hand made jewellery pads are padded and therefore more exclusive and thicker than machine-made heat-sealed cards.

Heat-sealed jewellery pads

Machine-produced heat-sealed jewellery pads are available from 1,000 pieces and are an affordable alternative to hand made jewellery pads. Heat-sealed jewellery pads cards are not padded and are therefore thinner.

No matter which jewellery pads you choose: You always choose a perfect presentation of your jewellery.
Optional printing is available on both types of jewellery pads.

The Solid

The robust case of the "The Solid" series is made of a strong wooden core which is then covered with the customer's chosen covering material. This upright jewellery and presentation case is made with aluminum edge profiles and features a practical, drop-down flap as well as combination locks.

The Solid case and the Basic Plus trays provide a well designed mobile presentation solution for high-quality jewellery collections.
